KNDS USA Ethics Reporting Portal

KNDS USA Inc. is committed to managing its business activities in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and ensuring honest and ethical behavior by all employees.

To facilitate and encourage the prompt reporting of suspected events of non-compliance, and to provide employees, contractors, and vendors with a confidential, anonymous avenue, KNDS has established the Ethics Reporting Portal.

The portal submission form below is a mechanism that helps identify concerns related to unethical behavior, potential violations, fraud, theft, financial irregularities, harassment, discrimination or retaliation and overall adherence to company values.

The submission form should not be used to make false accusations against others or report information that you know is untrue.

Anonymous - I wish to be anonymous, meaning KNDS will not know my name. If I elect this selection, I understand that KNDS will not be able to contact me and KNDS may not have enough information to pursue my concerns.
